This guide ensures all website-related requests are submitted accurately and efficiently. Providing complete information helps expedite resolution, maintain website quality, and reduce back-and-forth communication. 


Choose the category that best fits your request


Be as specific as possible. Incomplete submissions can delay processing.



Required Information:

1. Your Name & Department

Example: Eboni Phillips, Department of Information Technology

2. Contact Information

Include your JSU email and phone number.

3. Webpage URL

Always include the full page link(s) that need updates or fixes.
Example:
https://www.jsums.edu/webservices/

4. Detailed Description of Request

Clearly describe the change or issue.
Example:

Please update Dr. Smith’s profile photo and add a link to his new publication at https:/www.jsums.edu
Also, adjust the alignment on the “Research Areas” section.

5. Attachments (if applicable)

Upload approved content, images, or PDFs.

Ensure all images meet accessibility and branding standards.

6. Deadline or Event Date

Specify if the update is time-sensitive.
Example: Please complete by November 10, 2025, before the open house event.
